Warm Resort Outdoor Furniture Concept
Substantial teak frames give this pool deck a grounded, welcoming character. Adjustable slatted loungers line the water, while broad-armed lounge chairs create a separate shaded place to sit. Ivory pads, woven tobacco straps and compact stone tables keep the furniture tactile without relying on oversized upholstery. The layout separates sunbathing, conversation and towel service, so the same material family supports three different activities.

A clear poolside rhythm
Single loungers and reachable side tables create individual resting places. Set the final spacing with backrests lowered and keep the pool circulation route independent of the furniture row.

Conversation in the shade
Broad timber arms and woven seats make a different posture from the loungers. Group two chairs and a compact table beneath a conventional parasol, with its base outside the walking route.

Towels at a working height
A slatted cabinet, a low bench and a narrow service console support the pool team. Separate clean towels from returns and keep open storage away from direct splash.

A closer look
The details make the room.

A frame made to move
Rear wheels, backrest stops and a supported cushion are part of the lounger brief. Review the complete moving assembly rather than approving a frame from an image alone.

Slats with a purpose
Keep cabinet doors serviceable and clear of the floor. Check usable shelf depth against folded towels and access for daily cleaning.

Two seating heights
Loungers and upright lounge chairs share timber and weave while giving guests a choice between lying back and sitting together.

Illustrative material direction. Physical samples form part of final approval.
The material edit
Four finishes. One direction.
Teak
Review timber grade, drainage gaps, exposed end grain and the agreed maintenance approach on a sample.
Ivory outdoor fabric
Confirm removable covers, outdoor foam and documented suitability for the actual exposure and cleaning routine.
Tobacco woven straps
Specify outdoor-rated straps, attachment details and replacement access; the weave is a visual direction.
Honed stone
Compare sealed stone and suitable alternatives for weight, staining and safe handling beside the pool.

From idea to specification
Before you order
Agree the timber ageing
Decide whether teak should retain a maintained warm tone or weather naturally. Review cleaning, refinishing and replacement components with the operator before approving the first sample.
Coordinate shade and movement
Size the parasol and ballast for the selected system and site conditions with the supplier. Allow for opening, closing and moving the furniture; a visual layout does not establish wind performance.
Plan daily pool operations
Check lounger positions, wet cleaning routes and towel replenishment against the measured deck. Store loose cushions and accessories in a dry, ventilated area when the space is closed.
