BSA Trading LLC is the exclusive local representative of PrintPlast in the United Arab Emirates. PrintPlast has manufactured hotel key cards since 2000, producing RFID cards, wooden cards, and wristbands for luxury hotels and resorts worldwide.
Through this partnership, UAE hotels specify and approve their guest access products with a Dubai-based team — physical samples, artwork proofing, and delivery handled locally — while every card is produced factory-direct at PrintPlast's own ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.
If your property already works with BSA on FF&E, key cards join the same account: one local partner covering the furniture in the room and the card that opens it.
Guest Access Products

Cards, wristbands, sleeves, and accessories — specified by material, finish, and lock compatibility, produced by PrintPlast, supplied by BSA.
RFID Key Cards
Recycled PVC guest cards in matte or gloss lamination, with foil stamping, spot UV, and full-colour offset print. 13.56 MHz RFID, compatible with all major hotel locking systems.
Wooden Key Cards
FSC-certified wood cards finished with laser engraving or print — a natural first touchpoint for properties that lead with sustainability.
Eco-Friendly Card Materials
PPH BioBoard paper-based cards and recycled PVC constructions that pass the same encoding and durability checks as standard cards — with a materially lower footprint.
RFID Wristbands
Woven, silicone, and wooden-bead RFID wristbands for resorts, waterparks, and all-inclusive properties — sized, closed, and printed to each programme.
Also available through the same programme: printed key card sleeves, wooden do-not-disturb hangers, and custom guest access accessories.
