Do you supply hotel chairs in bulk for FF&E projects in the UAE?
Yes. We manufacture hospitality seating to order across all 10 chair categories — lobby lounge, fine dining, bar, suite, banquette, cocktail lounge, executive, pool, vanity, and boutique accent — for hotels, F&B operators, and design firms across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and the wider GCC. Most projects ship in 50–500 unit batches.
What materials do you use for luxury hotel chairs?
Our standard hospitality stack: solid beech, hardwood, walnut, smoked oak, or FSC teak frames; HR40 high-resilience foam with memory foam toppers; full-grain leather, Italian wool, boucle, nubuck, or Sunbrella performance fabric upholstery; brushed brass, satin nickel, or patinated bronze metalwork. All upholstery is contract-grade and meets BS 7176 / Crib 5 fire requirements on request.
Can you customise dimensions, finish, or upholstery?
Every chair in this range is made to order. Frame dimensions, seat height, arm height, leg finish, upholstery fabric, and stitching pattern can all be specified per project. Clients typically share a moodboard, RAL/Pantone references, and fabric samples — we return a CAD drawing and a physical prototype before production.
What is the lead time and minimum order quantity?
Minimum 20 units per SKU for fully custom production. Lead time runs 8–12 weeks from approved prototype, with bulk shipping by sea from Turkey, Vietnam, or Indonesia, or air freight for urgent orders. We also stock semi-custom variants of the lobby swivel, dining cantilever, and bar stool for faster turnaround.
