Warm Boutique Spa Furniture Concept
Low walnut daybeds give this spa lounge a generous, settled character. Horizontal slats lighten the bases, while deep tobacco cushions and compact limestone tables keep the composition tailored. Reception uses the same timber rhythm at a different scale. This direction suits a quieter appointment-led space where guests need somewhere to settle before or after a treatment, with personal belongings and towels close at hand.

A lounge built around daybeds
Place a side table within easy reach of each daybed and keep a clear route alongside occupied beds. The generous horizontal surface is for relaxation; it does not replace a purpose-designed treatment table.

A composed arrival
A stone-front counter and timber storage make the entrance feel connected to the lounge. Resolve a lowered service position, cable access and a place for bags within the measured reception plan.

A private changing area
Carry walnut into lockers and a stable changing bench. Separate clean towel storage from used linen, and check door swings with the bench occupied before finalising the joinery.

A closer look
The details make the room.

The slatted daybed
A deep cushion sits above a low ventilated-looking base. Review actual cushion support, removable covers and reachable cleaning gaps in a full-size sample.

Towels behind timber
Keep everyday towels easy to reach and reserve closed compartments for spare stock. Use hardware that can be maintained without removing the cabinet.

A continuous furniture language
Daybeds, tables and storage share a low visual rhythm while leaving the centre of the lounge open.

The material edit
Four finishes. One direction.
Walnut slats
Express the timber grain along the daybed base; sample edges, joints and the gap between slats.
Tobacco upholstery
Select a wipeable leather-look finish after testing it with the operator’s cleaning products and oils.
Honed limestone
A soft-looking table surface; confirm sealing, staining behaviour and the weight of each movable piece.
Oat-toned finish
Use the pale background to balance the darker furniture; approve the final colour under project lighting.

From idea to specification
Before you order
Check the daybed at full scale
A low daybed needs a comfortable sitting edge as well as a resting surface. Review getting up, cushion firmness, frame support and cleaning beneath the base with a physical sample.
Keep walnut out of direct wet exposure
This is a dry relaxation and changing furniture direction. Coordinate any nearby wet area separately, including board specification, sealed edges and contact with the finished floor.
Plan privacy without closing the room
Position timber fins around seated sightlines. Confirm secure fixing and access routes with the design team rather than treating a decorative screen as a complete room partition.
